Sample was collected from the City of Missoula Wastewater Treatment Plant as a composite over the previous 24-hour period, labeled here as Influent. Upon arrival, two duplicate sub-samples were taken and processed in parallel. Testing can detect two nucleocapsid genes present in the SARS-CoV2 genome, N1 and N2. Genome concentration is estimated based on sample signal relative to standards of known concentration.
